Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving payment for promotion to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, make sure you did not receive the ordered service. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, provide the details for the refund. If the promotion of your project has already started, we cannot refund the full amount. However, we can refund a portion of the amount you paid, converting the remainder.

Issues
Please check your order when the promotion starts and contact us immediately if the promotion is for a different project than the one you specified in the order, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific promotion.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for promotions that are fully completed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the current plan and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new plan or promote a different project.
As mentioned above, your promotion must not have started if you want to change the project to be promoted. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
